About Us

Global IE promotes educational opportunities worldwide by assisting and facilitating projects and programs led
by local partners. Global IE goals include providing educational opportunities for youth in African and Asian
countries to provide hope and economic self-support and providing educational opportunities for adults in
underdeveloped countries to enhance their quality of life.

Global IE further aspires to encourage the qualities of
servant leadership, including being dependable, creating value for the community, empowering and helping
subordinates to grow and succeed, behaving ethically and fairly, and placing the needs of others before yourself.

LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT

Global Involvement through Education (Global IE), a non-profit 501(c)(3) oganization, seeks to provide educational opportunities for youth and adults in African and Asian countries through collaboration with local participants.

We desire to establish self-sufficient projects.  While education is not the solution to the world's problems, it can provide hope and the potential for economic self-support and enhance quality of life.  We encourage in all people the qualities of servant leadership, honesty, fairness, courage, unselfishness, charity to others, love of family and faith.

We believe that any one person can make a positive difference in our world. We believe that providing hope to individuals is the only way to gain peace in the world.  Furthermore, we believe every person is worthy of respect, loving concern, and educational opportunities to reach their full potential.

We are a small organization doing projects ranging in size from providing bus passes for poor students to get to school - to renovating schools.  Global IE has no political interests or ties, and we accept no government funding.

We are funded entirely by private and corporate donations.  If you see alignment of your goals to those of Global IE, please consider partnering with us by your financial giving. Check our list of current projects under "How You Can Help" to determine if there is a certain country or project you might feel compelled to help support through a donation gift. All donations are tax decuctible.
